Payment and Collection ! 
  1. Payments to be made only through meetups at stations or under each of our blk. Concealed cash or bank transfer WOULD NOT be accepted, except in SPECIAL cases
  2. Meetups at our convenience.  
  3. Collections available in many ways :
    • Meetups at MRT/LRT stations
    • Self-collection under our blk
    • Registered post
    • Normal post
    • Speed post islandwide
    • We only do the red line and the Green line so please don't ask us to travel to other lines unless otherwise specified.
    • for red line we go as far as Bishan.
    • Green Line, furtherst is Bugis.
  4. You choose the method, and we'll choose the timing for you.
  5. No Payment=No order. So please pay us first if not we'll push back your orders. 

Meetups and self collection under blk
  1. More info about meetup stations is written on the map. We may make exceptions for certain people, but not everyone. 
  2. Extra charges of $0.30 would be charged for every station away from CCK. 
  3. Please try not to be late for meetups as it may delay our whole schedule. The longest we'll wait for you is 20mins. Any later than that and we'll leave w/o passing you your item(s).
  4. As we're still schooling, there might be times when we would have a last minute change in timing or place of meetup. Do understand ! 
  5. Self-collection under our blks are possible only when we're at home at that time or otw home.
  6. Address would be then given to you aft you've confirmed th timing w us and where you stay so we can let you know who to meet w! 

Normal/registered postage and speedpost islandwide services
  1. Registered post and speed post services recommended as it's safer and faster compared to normal post.
  2. Charges applies for all 3 kind of postage. (below)
  3. If any of the normal mails get lost, we wouldn't be responsible for it and no refunds would be given. 
  4. We need time to post out the items cos the post office isn't near any of our house, so it may take us 2 - 3 days before we can post them out. 
  5. Prices are inclusive of 7% GST. 
  6. Charges for the 3 kind of postage are as follow (no nego) :
  • Registered mail (tracking code would be provided) - $3.70
  • Normal mail (risk of item/s getting lost) - $1.50
  • Speedpost islandwide (gets to you safely within a day!) - $20.25
